What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused/unopened items in original packaging. Email contact@shoparanzo.com with your order number to start a return.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
So sorry about that! Email contact@shoparanzo.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or refund, no return shipping needed.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days and should appear on your original payment method within 2–5 business days after that.
Who pays for return shipping?
If item is defective/wrong: we cover it. If it's a change of mind: customer covers it.
