Ordering

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account just lets you track orders and save your info for next time.

 

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

We start processing orders quickly to get them to you fast, so changes or cancellations are only possible within [X hours] of purchase. Email us at contact@shoparanzo.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we'll do our best to help.

 

I got a confirmation email but no shipping update — is that normal?

Yes. Your confirmation email means we received your order. You'll get a separate email with tracking info once it ships (see shipping times below).

 

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

 Orders are typically processed within 2-5 days and delivered within 7-12 Days after that, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 14 business days.

 

Why does shipping take longer than other stores?

Our products ship directly from our suppliers, which lets us offer better prices and more selection. It does mean delivery takes a bit longer than buying off the shelf at a local store — we think it's worth the wait, and we'll keep you updated the whole way.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes. International orders may take longer and could be subject to customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I track my order?

 Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track it anytime at [tracking page link, if you have one].

 

My tracking hasn't updated in a while — should I worry?

Tracking can occasionally lag, especially for international shipments passing through customs. If there's no update after 2-5 days, contact us at contact@shoparanzo.com, and we'll look into it.

 

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused/unopened items in original packaging. Email contact@shoparanzo.com with your order number to start a return.

 

My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?

So sorry about that! Email contact@shoparanzo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or refund, no return shipping needed.

 

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days and should appear on your original payment method within 2–5 business days after that.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

If item is defective/wrong: we cover it. If it's a change of mind: customer covers it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.

 

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify Payments/Stripe/etc. We never store your full card details.

 

Will I be charged customs or import fees? For international orders, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes on delivery. These aren't included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.

Are your product photos accurate?

 Yes, though colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. If you have questions about a specific product, email us before ordering at contact@shoparanzo.com.
